About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using Cubhub.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
