About the role
Our Raleigh Skilled Nursing Office is seeking newly graduated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) passionate about care to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client near you
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in your client's home
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- CPR in good standing
- Graduated pay scale during nurse residency program from $27-29/ hour with various incentives
