Responsibilities

• Entering and preparing AWV-related orders in advance of patient visits.
• Conducting outreach calls to patients.
• Reviewing documentation for completeness for providers.
• Cooking with practices for scheduling patients.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or 2 years of college coursework.
• Experience: One year of related experience.
• Licenses and Certifications: GEORGIA LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE OR MULTISTATE NURSING LICENSE.
