About the role

The LPN I Pulse Heart Institute Float is an ideal role for those looking to work in team collaboration, providing support to the Pulse Clinic. You and a skilled team will deliver high-quality care focused on the comfort and well-being of patients and families. As a float employee, you will travel between various locations, offering exposure to diverse work environments and staff collaborations.

FTE: 0.75 | Shift: Nights | Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide support in a team-based environment within the Pulse Clinic.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
• Float between multiple locations, adapting to different work environments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
• Current BLS Certification.
• ACLS certification within 3 months of hire.
• Three (3) years of experience preferred.
• Current experience in assigned specialty.
• Current Washington state driver’s license and proof of a safe driving record (meeting MultiCare standards).

Pay

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position is $28.63 - $47.31 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certifications/education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale based on years of experience.
