Responsibilities
- Implementing a resident plan of care.
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary.
- Consulting with and validating data.
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
- Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
- Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care.
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Nursing License required (RN/LPN).
Schedule
- Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) coverage required.
- 12-hour shift option available (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Pay
Wages are dependent on experience and determined by the hiring manager at an interview.
- Sign-on Bonus for 3rd Shift Full-Time: $5,000.
