Responsibilities
- Implementing a resident plan of care
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary
- Consulting with and validating data
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development

Wages are dependent on experience and are determined by the hiring manager at an interview. Every other weekend (Sat & Sun) coverage is required. A 12-hour shift option (7 AM–7 PM) is available. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time 3rd shift positions.
