Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program
- Three years of nursing experience
- Community health, hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
- Must possess current CPR Certification
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
Skills
- Understanding of the philosophy of hospice concept
- Knowledge of the needs of the terminally ill

Schedule
- Shifts will be 12-hour shifts 7PM-7AM
- Possibility of both weekdays and weekends
