About the role
In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Residents we serve, the LPN provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Schedule
- PRN Day shift: 7am – 7pm
- PRN Night shift: 7pm – 7am
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
