About the Role

AdviniaCare Venice, a Pointe Group Care Community, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our talented staff. As an LPN, you will provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families while promoting and restoring their health. Your main objective will be to ensure the safety and physical comfort of our residents, as well as meet their emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
• Take vital signs and perform assessments
• Administer medications and care for wounds
• Oversee patient treatment plans
• Ensure the safety and physical comfort of residents, as well as meet their emotional needs

Requirements

• Current unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Florida
• Valid CPR certification
