Join our organization as a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Offer flexible scheduling by selecting shifts that suit your availability, including at least one weekend and one weekday shift per month.Administer medications, treatments, and perform assessments to ensure residents' health, comfort, and safety.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, residents, and families, maintaining confidentiality and clear communication.Document resident interactions, care plans, and outcomes accurately.Possess a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program, with preferred associate degree; valid LPN license required.May require IV therapy skills, with specific training as per North Dakota regulations.Maintain necessary certifications, complete annual continuing education, and stay current with department-specific competencies.Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles, resident education, and psychosocial needs, responding effectively to emergent situations.Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to a compassionate, quality-driven care environment.
