Responsibilities
- Provide direct care in the home
- Monitor patient condition
- Administer medications
- Support care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year experience preferred

Pay
$24 - $28 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available
- Day shifts: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- Evening and overnight shifts depending on assignment
