About the role
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Administering prescribed treatments and services
- Monitoring signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Documenting nursing diagnoses and patient data
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
- Preferred at least one year of professional nursing experience
