About the role
Join our skilled nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), providing one-on-one, compassionate care to patients across a range of ages from infants to geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patient homes and follow individualized care plans
- Execute and document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Build strong client relationships and observe milestones
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current, unrestricted nursing license in good standing
