LPN - Private Duty - 1 on 1 Care

About the role

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing one-on-one care in patients' homes, with flexible full-time and part-time shifts, including night and day hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferred: one year of professional nursing experience.
