About the role

The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families, assisting with diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of diagnostic tests to ensure quality care and continuity. The position emphasizes adherence to policies, patient safety, and teamwork. A commitment to excellence, learning, and innovation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history, vital signs, and assist with examinations.
• Support providers during minor procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, administer medications and vaccines, and ensure aseptic setup of examination rooms.
• Communicate with patients, respond to inquiries, and prioritize provider needs to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to support patients across specific age ranges, with flexibility for new and experienced LPNs. Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills are essential.
