About the role

The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to healthcare providers, patients, and families, assisting in diagnosis and treatment. Work is performed in a clinical environment, adhering to policies and procedures. New and experienced LPNs are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Collect and prepare lab specimens.
• Administer medications and vaccines.
• Ensure infection control and room readiness.
• Communicate with patients, respond to questions, and prioritize provider needs to ensure efficient care.

Qualifications

Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
