About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Charge Nurse in a Personal Care / Assisted Living setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
- Conduct resident rounds and complete documentation
- Supervise Resident Assistants and assign duties
- Assist with resident assessments, admissions, discharges, transfers, and end-of-life care
- Manage narcotics and report incidents
- Maintain safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
- Communicate with the healthcare team and ensure high-quality care
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN license from Pennsylvania
- Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Knowledge of medication administration, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Key Duties
- Support residents' well-being, uphold the facility’s mission and values, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- The role involves supervising staff, managing resident care, and participating in team meetings to deliver compassionate, quality care.
