About the Role

As a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide hands-on nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical and leadership needs of the unit. You will collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
• Performing clinical assessments and monitoring changes in residents' conditions
• Assisting physicians during rounds and exams
• Communicating effectively with residents' families and care team members
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
• Fostering a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NJ
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
• Must pass TB screening and Physical
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Pay

$36 – $37 hourly
