About the role
You will provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator, and/or RN.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow care plans
- Adhere to safety and health protocols
Qualifications
- Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Strong clinical patient care skills
- Valid BCLS certification
