LPN - Per Diem - Inpatient Substance Use Disorders Facility

Position: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: Contribute to patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care under RN supervision. Provide compassionate, safe, and patient-centered care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Support discharge planning, reinforce patient and family education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Participate in unit decision-making, mentor new staff, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialized nursing training program. Ability to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Strong communication, teamwork, and mentorship skills. Compliant with organizational policies and procedures.
