LPN Per Diem

About the role

The Residential Program at People, Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work in a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. This position provides premier services to individuals with medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
• Maintain human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individualized programs as outlined in the Individual Service Plans.
• Occasionally, de-escalate and manage crises to ensure the safety of others.

Requirements

• A valid MA state LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A TB screening and physical upon hire, with a TB update every two years thereafter.

Schedule

This position is available on a per diem basis, with a rate of $30.50 per hour.
