About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer prescribed services
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN or RN in the practicing state
- Current BLS certification
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- At least one year of professional nursing experience
