LPN Pediatric Home Care - Part Time

About the role

Provide direct nursing care to acutely or chronically ill patients in their homes, following physician prescriptions and the plan of care. Ensure adherence to infection control procedures and maintain high-quality clinical service within the scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Document patient visits thoroughly in electronic medical records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in care coordination, communicating effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Report changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the practice state.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year as an LPN preferred.
• Experience in home care preferred.

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $23.00 to $34.00.
