LPN - Part Time/PRN

About the role

Provides compassionate care to residents, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Monitors residents' care plans, administers medications, and maintains accurate documentation. Adheres to company procedures and maintains the security and cleanliness of medication areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining residents' physical, social, and psychological well-being.
• Monitor and document responses to prescribed care plans.
• Administer medications and ensure medication supply security.
• Support a safe and clean environment in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required per state regulations.
• Ability to provide empathetic, resident-centered care.
• Strong documentation and adherence to protocols.
