LPN Part Time Morning and Evening- Sign on bonus $1,500

About the Role

In this part-time evening shift role, you will transport residents on scheduled trips and special events, monitor the condition of the vehicle, and coordinate necessary maintenance.

Pay rate: $36/hour. DailyPay available.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• Handle admissions of new residents, including all admission assessments and documentation.
• Complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical systems (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.
• Provide consultation on health-related concerns within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and document accordingly.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Understand your role in the Safety & Disaster Plan.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment through accident prevention, equipment preservation, and safe working practices.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Handle discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.
• 1 year of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse’s License in the state of practice.
• CPR Certified.
