LPN Evening (Part-Time) - $4,500 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to resident/patients in a long-term care facility under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator and/or RN.
• Recognize changes in resident/patient's condition and respond appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with the nurse manager and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient/resident's needs and/or changes in condition.
• Appropriately assign duties to Certified Nurse Assistants based on resident/patient needs, staff availability and unit needs.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program or required education as described by the NYS Education Department.
• Certificate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
• NYS LPN license required.
• Good clinical patient care skills and communication skills.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Valid BCLS.

Pay

$39.12 per hour Shift 2PM-10PM
