LPN - Part Time

About the role

Provide compassionate resident care, primarily managing medication administration according to physician orders and following all policies and procedures, including the "Six rights of medication administration" and utilizing the eMAR system effectively.

Ensure resident dignity and quality of life while communicating with clinical leadership for clarification and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-licensed team members.
• Provide direct resident care and medication supervision.
• Adhere to medication management policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold the organization’s mission.
• Handle multiple priorities with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Willingness to undertake additional training as needed.
