LPN - Overnight - Pediatrics

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Deliver care per prescribed orders
• Monitor signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and nursing diagnoses

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
• Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience

Skills

• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient care abilities
• Effective communication
• Adherence to safety protocols
