About the role
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead outpatient clinical operations in a physician office setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical activities and manage patient flow
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Develop staff schedules
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain equipment and supplies
- Participate directly in patient care according to licensure
- Handle referral and preauthorization calls
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice operations
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- 1-2 years of outpatient experience
- Valid LPN licensure
- BLS certification

Pay
