Responsibilities
- Providing 1-on-1 Patient Care with personalized attention.
- Following Care Plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care.
- Monitoring Patient Conditions and Maintaining Accurate Patient Charts.
- Aiding with Daily Activities to enhance the patient's quality of life.
Requirements
- An Active LPN or RN License.
