Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention
• Follow care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate patient charts
• Assist with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to multi-task
