Responsibilities

• Providing 1-on-1 patient care with personalized attention
• Following care plans to ensure the highest quality of nursing care
• Monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate patient charts
• Assisting with daily activities to enhance the patient's quality of life

Requirements

• An active LPN or RN license
• A positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to multi-task
