LPN or RN

About the role

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) at Touchmark at Harwood Groves. Touchmark at Harwood Groves is Fargo’s leading full-service retirement community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents in our Memory Care Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care.
• Distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident.
• Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
• Continue learning and improving skills, and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
• Model and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers.

Requirements

• Possess a current LPN or RN license.
• Possess or willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Enjoy being part of a team.

Pay

Competitive compensation and benefits package to our team members who work 30+ hours per week.

Schedule

Full-Time Opportunity Monday-Friday Rotating Weekends and Holidays.
