Responsibilities
- Deliver Compassionate Care – Gather data, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of residents.
- Document Accurately – Chart observations and nursing interventions clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- Lead CNAs – Assign CNA duties based on resident needs and staffing levels to ensure consistent care.
- Maintain a specified level of care for a caseload of 14 to 65 residents, depending on assignment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid State of Wisconsin (or equivalent) LPN license or RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
