LPN or LVN- Full Time 11pm-7am

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
• Maintain and monitor residents’ care according to prescribed treatment plans by physicians.
• Document residents' responses to care plans accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as directed and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Comply with company systems, procedures, and operational protocols.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required per state regulations.
