Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment that benefits residents.
- Maintain care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians, and document responses to these plans.
- Administer medications as required, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- Nursing License (LPN or LVN) required per state regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow medical protocols and procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
