Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Maintain compliance with treatment plans prescribed by physicians.
- Document responses to care plans accurately and timely.
- Administer medications as per state regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Adhere to company systems, procedures, and operational protocols.
Requirements
- LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

Qualifications
- Current LPN or LVN license.
