Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
• Maintain compliance with treatment plans prescribed by physicians.
• Document responses to care plans accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as per state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Adhere to company systems, procedures, and operational protocols.

Requirements

• LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

• Current LPN or LVN license.
