Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
- Maintain and monitor the care of residents according to prescribed treatment plans by physicians.
- Document responses to care plans accurately and timely.
- Administer medications as directed and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Comply with company systems, procedures, and operational protocols.
Requirements
- Current license in VA recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity.
- Nurses must hold an LPN or LVN license according to state regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and principles.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
