LPN or LVN

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
• Maintain and monitor the care of residents according to prescribed treatment plans by physicians.
• Document responses to care plans accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as directed and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Comply with company systems, procedures, and operational protocols.

Requirements

• Current license in VA recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity.
• Nurses must hold an LPN or LVN license according to state regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and principles.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
