Responsibilities
- Maintain a physically, socially, and psychologically conducive environment for residents.
- Monitor residents’ care according to prescribed physician’s treatment plans and document responses.
- Administer medications as required and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Adequately adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
- Nursing license required per state regulations.

LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.

Pay
Base pay in the range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
