LPN or LVN

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
• Maintain and monitor the care of residents according to individualized treatment plans.
• Document responses to care plans accurately and timely.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
• Comply with established company systems, procedures, and operational protocols.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in accordance with state regulations.

Pay

Base pay in the range will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.
