Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of medicine supply room.
• Administer medications as per treatment plans prescribed by a physician.
• Document responses to care plans.

Requirements

• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
