Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and supportive living environment for residents.
- Monitor and document residents' care according to prescribed treatment plans.
- Administer medications as directed and ensure the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.
- Adequately adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow detailed instructions, and a commitment to resident care.

Pay
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
