LPN or LPN Graduate Nurse Resident - Surgical (Part-Time, Night Shift)

Position: LPN or LPN-Graduate Nurse Resident in the Surgical Department, working part-time (12 hrs/week) on night shifts. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or direction of licensed professionals, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinate care with other departments and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Current Missouri LPN license, with responsibility for maintaining licensure and meeting State Board requirements.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire; other unit-specific certifications as needed.Physical ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
