Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (IV Certified) in Missouri or ability to obtain (graduate practical nurses must obtain licensure within 3 months of graduation)
• Maintains Basic Life Support validation
• Successful implementation of nursing knowledge and skills
• Demonstrates skill in area of specialty
