They are responsible for coordinating patient care, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Position Details Location: Mercy Hospital South Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week, including weekends and nights Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 for part-time and full-time caregivers Key Responsibilities Utilize nursing process to deliver patient careCoordinate with other departments to ensure quality careMaintain patient rights and confidentialityPerform duties consistent with mission, values, and standards Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GEDGraduate of an accredited practical nursing programCurrent LPN license in Missouri and compliance with State Board requirementsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification; LPN-IV certification within 3 months if not already heldPhysical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients with assistance, handling up to 50 lbs.
