About the Role

Dallas Retirement Village is looking for a skilled and dependable nurse to provide both hands-on care and shift leadership within our Health Center. At Dallas Retirement Village, the Charge Nurse plays a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations while ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow
• Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
• Customer service mindset and team-oriented approach
