LPN OBGYN- CSK
Responsibilities
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) work to promote health, prevent disease, and help patients cope with illness, improving the health of our community by providing exceptional healthcare. They are advocates and health educators for patients, families, and communities. When providing direct patient care, they record symptoms, reactions, and progress; assist physicians during treatments and examinations; administer medications; and assist in convalescence and rehabilitation. The LPN is integral in linking patients, their families, and their healthcare teams, fostering collaboration amongst all.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse Educational Program
- Minimum Experience: 1 year clinical experience preferred. For OB/GYN department: 1 year clinical OB/GYN experience required
- Required Certification/Registration: Completion of accredited program for Licensed Practical Nursing. Current LPN license, ongoing and current BLS

Pay
The compensation range for the role is $32.27-$38.07 hourly. Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
