LPN - OB/GYN Clinic - Full Time
About the role
Careers With Purpose is seeking a passionate, positive, team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ambulatory nursing care team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, support a variety of OBGYN procedures, and be part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients
- Documents a thorough medical history from patient
- Contributes to the assessment of patients and administers medications or treatments as ordered
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals
- Counsels patients and family, under the direction of a registered nurse, on prevention and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, must have graduated from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completed an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications

Pay
$21.00 - $29.50 per hour, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates!
Schedule
Flexible weekly hours, typically 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position works at both Broadway and West Fargo clinic locations based on provider needs.
