Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program within the last 12 months (based on graduation date, not LPN license date)
- Active LPN license (by start date)
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one care with a client near you
- Follow and document physician orders
- Perform assessments and monitor conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and outcomes
- Deliver care independently in a home setting
Compensation
- $29–$31/hour (graduated pay scale during residency)
