Role Overview

Responsible for managing daily healthcare operations within a memory care community, ensuring residents receive respectful, high-quality care that adapts to their changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate healthcare services, ensuring consistent quality care across all shifts.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers, providing ongoing training and schedule management.
• Manage medication training, pharmacy coordination, and conduct medication audits per guidelines.
• Assist in providing direct resident care when necessary, including caregiving and med tech duties.
• Share on-call responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license, with required education.
• 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care.
